Pax are the problem and must be abused until they stop using the airline. The casual arrogance of the VA spokesman is awesome and disgusting at the same time. They were sitting on the ground at Bradley Field (Connecticut) in what some said was 100F heat for 4 hours. US law requires that domestic flights provide relief after three hours of incur a fine of $27,000 per passenger.

The VA rep said, &quot;That is a U.S. regulation. We are a European carrier so we operate under European law. We haven&#039;t infringed any rules.&quot;

This is obvious double-talk for, &quot;We can get away with abusing captive passengers this way. If you fly with us, it&#039;s your dumb fault, and this is the way we will punish your stupidity.&quot;

Now let&#039;s revisit those signs at LAX that say, &quot;No passengers. Just guests.&quot;]]></description>
